ADHD Talks
Gain insights from adults with ADHD sharing their experiences of home, education and the workplace in the ADHD Talks.
Just some of this year’s topics include: embracing your strengths: thriving as an ADHD professional; how I learned to embrace my ADHD brain by exploring nature; how I’ve learned to accept emotional and sensory extremes; “Just be more organised” and other bad advice; and the interplay of ADHD and tics: strategies I’ve learned through my experience.
Sound is relayed to the audience through wireless headsets to reduce noise levels in the hall.
Places are offered free to ticket holders on a first come, first served basis, so please arrive as early as possible before the session you wish to attend to save disappointment.
