Unlocking Communication Workshops

These workshops run by Tobii Dynavox on stand C2, suitable for the novice or the expert, delve into the power of symbol-based communication for autistic students. During the sessions we will explore the fundamentals of symbol-based communication, its implementation in the classroom, and the positive impact it can have on our students. Discover how embracing this approach can create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.

You will discover a symbol-based communication app that you can use in the classroom, and we will discuss how this can be implemented to ensure communication success! Expect practical tips, demonstrations and free resources allowing you to get started right away!

Workshops will be running at 11am, 12pm and 2pm. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.
